• Vets Plus Inc. was established in 1990 by President/CEO Mr. Raj Lall who initially aimed to manufacture and distribute animal health and nutritional products.

• 2002 Vets Plus Inc. and Chr. Hansen formed a strategic marketing and manufacturing alliance on Probios® brand products

• 2005 Vets Plus Inc. partnered with BOMAC of New Zealand. Bomac Laboratories Ltd.
