More than two decades ago Vets Plus, Inc., was establish with one clear mission: To manufacture and distribute the highest quality animal health and nutrition products possible. Since its inception in 1990, Vets Plus, Inc., has formed strategic alliances with reputable animal health organizations around the globe.
1990 – Vets Plus, Inc., founded by president and CEO Raj Lall, begins the manufacturing of bovine oral gels.
1995 – Partnership with SR International (USA) adds the capacity for manufacturing topical products (creams, shampoos, etc.).
2002 – Partnership with Chr. Hansen (Denmark) gives Vets Plus, Inc., exclusive rights to manufacture and market the Probios® brand of animal probiotic products in the U.S.
2005 – Partnership with Bomac Laboratories, Ltd. (New Zealand), bolsters domestic and international market penetration. Vets Plus, Inc., becomes BOMAC Vets Plus, Inc. (BVPI).
2007 – BVPI India, Ltd., formed to broaden distribution and procurement capabilities.
2007 – Partnership with Albion Laboratories, Inc. (now part of Novus International), gives BVPI exclusive rights to manufacture and market the Replamin brand of veterinary chelated mineral products in the U.S.
2009 – Partnership with R&D LifeSciences, LLC (USA). Ground breaking and construction of facilities for the in-house manufacturing of avian-sourced functional proteins and digestive enzymes via fungal fermentation.
2010 – Bomac Laboratories, Ltd., sold to Bayer and, by 2012, BOMAC Vets Plus, Inc., will be once again knows as Vets Plus, Inc.
