The biotechnology research and development (R&D) team at VPI brings together the creativity, technology skills, experience and business acumen to shape the future by anticipating product-use trends and developing new product solutions. Our R&D group is constantly exploring promising new product offerings, while finding emerging and established markets for your current products.
Our research and development team consists of professionals and scientists with expertise in areas such as pharmacology, toxicology, microbiology, immunology and biochemistry. We also have in-house resources including veterinarians, nutritionists and production chemists. Whatever the needed scientific and professional resource, VPI has it covered.
VPI values the analytical side of quality. Product testing is of utmost importance, so we staff chemistry and microbiology laboratories on our manufacturing campus. Our expertise allows us to assist our customers with scientific information and solutions to confidential new product development, ensuring dependable results through our strict quality assurance control systems that includes microbial analysis, analytical testing and stability testing, to name a few. In addition, VPI is one of the few private label manufacturers that conduct extensive moisture testing—essential in complex microbial manufacturing.
